Bring your school group to the Todd Family Fun Farm and let them get "in touch" with their food with a combination of education and fun! We'll provide a day of hands-on experiences as they explore our farm, play, and learn about the importance of agriculture. Teachers, we are also available to work with you to develop related curriculum for your students to apply during their visit or back in the classroom. Please contact us and we will help you in any way we can. What's Included in Your Field Trip While spending the day here, children will have access to all of our spring attractions. (Corn maze and pumpkin patch are not available in the spring.) They'll get to go play on the playground, see a pig race, go on a hayride, milk a cow, and visit our special movie theatre (upstairs in the Fun Barn). Snacks, drinks, and souvenirs at our Farm Store and Concession Stand are not included but are available purchase. Choose one of the following programs for your tour: Farmer for a Day - Learn where your food comes from and be a farmer for a day. Do things like gather eggs, milk a cow, gather vegetables, etc. Good for any age! Pizza Class - Learn that what you like to eat on your pizza comes from a farm. Great for smaller children! Grow, Grow, Grow - Help to plant crops or garden items. Learn what to do to grow your foods. NOTE: Only available on limited dates and you must book ealy to guarantee a spot! Burger Class - Learn about where things related to a burger come from! Gemstone Mining - Students get to study about mining and gemstones, fossils, or arrowheads and take home what they mine. (Gemstone mining is an additional $1.50/student; Fossil or arrowhead is an additional $8.50/child.) Additional Options: Lunch Packages - Groups can also choose to eat lunch with us while you are here. We have several meal packages to choose from. Contact us for details. Reservations & Fees Spring Tours are available April 15th through May 23rd, 2024. Groups may book ANYTIME except Wednesday nights and Sundays by appointment only. Non-school groups that book must have at least 20 people to receive the group discount. Reservations for your group must be made a minimum of one week prior to your visit. We encourage you to book as far in advance as possible to ensure you get the date you'd like! To request a tour date for your class, use our online registration form. Questions?
